Stefan Gsänger, WWEA Secretary General, will present his report on the development of the global wind energy market and data on the installed wind energy capacity for 2019 at the plenary session of the RAWI Forum 2020 entitled “Wind Energy in Russia: Priority or Experiment”.
The session will bring together representatives of the authorities, heads of major international and Russian companies. The Russian RES support programme is considered one of the best in the world, but will it further stimulate investment and determine the rate of transition or prevent it? The participants will discuss possible future scenarios for the development of the wind industry in Russia.
