A tender for construction of five wind power plants (WPP) in the Astrakhan Oblast is being held on September 16, 2020. The Vetroparki FRV is the construction project owner; the contract value is estimated at 5.7 billion roubles.
The material and equipment, conduction of construction, electrical installation and commissioning works for Chernoyarskaya, Kholmskaya, Staritskaya, Izuluchnaya, and Manlanskaya wind farms are required from the contractor.
The WPPs are scheduled to come online by the end of 2021. In total, 12 billion roubles will be invested in the 176 MW Astrakhan wind cluster.
