The construction company Tetra Stroy has existed since 2008 and, together with Tetra Development, combines several main areas of professional activity:

The company performs the whole range of works from design to execution and delivery of the object to the customer. Professional expertise and experience of work on particularly complex high-rise objects allows the company to act as a principal contractor on projects of any complexity. Facade maintenance systems
Since 2010, Tetra Stroy is the official dealer of the Spanish concern A-TECH, and since 2017, is the official dealer of the French company Tractel in the Russian Federation in terms of facade maintenance systems. Together with its partners, it develops and adapts the project documentation to Russian rules and regulations. The company also supplies and installs equipment from foreign manufacturers and provides warranty and post-warranty service for machinery and spare parts.

One of the recent Tetra Story’s implemented projects was Lakhta Center, a complex international project of facade maintenance system for the tallest building in Europe, which is unrivaled throughout the world.
The Tetra Stroy carried out the full cycle of works: project development together with the Tractel, manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning of the system. This system includes more than 2.5 mln kg of high-tech metal structures (rails), for which components were delivered from different European countries and assembled at the company’s production sites. More than 100 specialists, more than 50 industrial climbers and a team of the best managers worked at the production site. The company combined the efforts of a number of international companies, and thanks to this the customer received a unique system that is off the scale.
The experience of this project allows the company to say safely that the company has successfully tamed loftiness and it keeps options open for new achievements and ambitious projects.
