KoiDaniil Solomonov has been appointed the new General Director of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy LLC (RAWI member).
He has been working in the concern since 2014. In 2014-2017 Mr. Solomonov served as global purchasing manager for mechanical components for nacelles (bearings, lubrication, cooling, brake) at Siemens Wind Power A / S, Denmark. In 2017, Daniil Solomonov was appointed Head of the procurement department in the offshore wind energy division (gondola and hub) of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A / S, Denmark. In 2019, he was transferred to the onshore division, where he led the productivity improvement department in the Northern Europe and the Middle East region. Currently, Daniil Solomonov holds the post of General Director of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Russia.
The Russian Association of Wind Industry congratulates Mr. Solomonov on his new appointment and wishes him success in further work on the development of wind energy in Russia.
